Working Principle
The hydraulic pile hammer leverages high-frequency vibration generated by a hydraulic motor (powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system). It transmits vertical vibration energy to the pile body, causing surrounding soil to liquefy and reduce frictional resistance . The pile is sunk into the ground using the excavator’s downward force, the hammer’s own weight, and the pile’s weight.
