With models ranging from FV-250 to FV-400, it supports max. pile lengths up to 18m (12m as a key specification) and works seamlessly with 20-60 ton excavators. The hydraulic vibrating pile hammer uses the excavator’s hydraulic motor to drive two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed in opposite directions. Horizontal forces cancel each other out, while vertical forces superimpose to generate high-frequency vertical vibration. This vibration is transmitted to the pile, liquefying surrounding soil and reducing friction. With the excavator’s downward pressure, the pile sinks into the ground; for extraction, the excavator’s lifting force pulls the pile out while vibration continues.
